At VLAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VLAND account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
